This beautiful Mercedes W113 280SL from 1969 is arriving soon for a "full factory new" restoration, White Coast Classic style.

This already stunning looking car was shipped from Dutch classics car company Geevers to our workshop for a complete factory new overhaul. This highly original, all matching numbers, and well maintained Mercedes-Benz 280SL in beautifull "Horizon Blue" is rustfree and has a rocksolid, all original body. We did an inspection of the documentation that came with the car and discovered that engine and gearbox had a very recent complete professional overhaul. We tested the compression of all six cilinders, whitch all had an even 10bar on a cold engine. Both engine and gearbox look very clean (like brand new). 

Having a closer look into the details, the car however clearly shows it's age. Reason to start our work...

We start disassembling the car, while we inspect each and every part the we take off the car. Every part that shows wear and tear will be replaced, painted or re-chromed. The whole body will be stripped down to bare metal and receives an upgraded paint system all around. This includes a zinc-epoxy anti corrosion primer, and the original Glasurit Paint in Horizon Blue.
